Fridays 10-12 Starting January 16th
Keep Fit is a fun, easy to follow class, starting with a warm-up for muscles
and joints, followed by stretches. Next come the low impact aerobic routines,
perfect for body and mind, helping to improve and maintain balance and co-ordination,
followed by muscular strength/endurance work-outs for the upper and lower body and
ending with stretches and breathing exercises. Please wear loose clothing,
trainers or soft shoes. A towel and bottle of water are also recommended.
