(Chair-based) Non-religious, guided meditation equally suitable for both men and women. Included will be relaxation techniques such as Yoga Mudras, gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Savasana (guided relaxation).
Brings calm to the mind, peace to the heart and gentleness to the breathing.
