This is a new course designed for the absolute beginner. It offers an easy and gentle introduction to the techniques and practices of Yoga.
Intermediate
Mondays 10-12
Yoga clears the mind and gently exercises the body. The result is a release from the physical and mental stress of everyday living. Sessions will cover posture, pranavama, breathing. For those with some experience.
