The course is an introduction to vocal technique using warm up exercises. The musical repertoire is simple but varied and includes traditional songs and musical theatre pieces. No previous knowledge is necessary as you will learn all the basic elements of singing.

The course builds a good vocal technique using warm up exercises. There is something for everyone in a broad repertoire, from simple traditional song, musicals and musical theatre to more complex choral works. There will be opportunity for budding soloists to perform a piece in our Festive Christmas Concert and our Summer Serenade.
