A class for those who find standing for any length of time difficult or uncomfortable. Chair-based exercises will improve arms, legs, tums and bums, and there will be no floor work. We will use hand weights & bands (optional). Class will consist of a warm-up low impact routine, stretching, and cool down. A fun class to meet new people and feel revitalised.
Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:
Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30
