This class uses basic Latin dance and exercise routines and we have a good mixture of styles and music. You’ll get a real feel-good factor, improve your fitness level, get your heart rate going, and enjoy a great social atmosphere.
Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:
Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30
